CFC COMPETITIVE SOCCER PROGRAM
Competitive soccer is the next step after In-House/Developmental soccer. Typically, players attend evaluations (usually in May) and are then assigned to a team that most closely matches their playing ability. CFC Coaches conduct all player evaluations with input from our Staff.
The teams play in leagues ranging from the GCFYSL to the Elite Sunshine Conference (which allows our top players to compete at the highest club level and be eligible to play High School Soccer with their school team). Other clubs/leagues do not allow their players the opportunity to represent the High School they attend.
In addition, we have a unique, direct network of hundreds of college coaches for our players should they wish to pursue that career path.
For the male players who have "graduated" from the Youth Program, we recently applied for and were accepted into the UPSL, the fourth tier of the U.S. Soccer Pyramid. This league will enable those players to continue to grow their aspirations and passion for playing at the highest levels in the U.S. and abroad.
Our coaching staff comprises Central Florida High School JV and Varsity boys and girls coaches, as well as a variety of nationally licensed coaches, most of whom have extensive professional playing experience, up to and including national team level.
Games are usually scheduled on Saturday and can run from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday games are also possible, as is a Saturday - Sunday game weekend, depending on schedules. Saturday morning is the most common time.
Practices are held 2-3 times a week on weekday evenings, to be determined, usually for 1 ½ hrs, starting at 6 pm.
We also offer Specialized Training (Goalkeeping, SAQ, etc.) at no extra cost to our members.
COMPARED TO OTHER LOCAL CLUBS, OUR REGISTRATION FEE IS VERY AFFORDABLE, AND WE OFFER SEVERAL PAYMENT OPTIONS (including financial assistance, if necessary).
OUR UNIFORM KIT INCLUDES TWO SETS OF GAME UNIFORMS (HOME/AWAY), TWO PRACTICE JERSEYS (WITH NUMBERS), AND A BACKPACK.

*Due to a change in Florida law, ALL coaches and volunteers must complete a Level 2 background check. The club must cover the cost of the Level 2 background check. This is why we increased our fees.
